Tim Allen may be a world-famous actor and comedian, but, before the days of Toy Story and Last Man Standing, he was living a very different life. Back in 1978, at the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International Airport, Allen was caught with 1.5 pounds of cocaine on him. He was charged with drug trafficking and was looking at a life sentence. Lucky for Tim Allen, turning over the names of over a dozen other drug dealers shortened his sentence to three to seven years. He got out of prison in just two years and four months and continued on with his comedy career.
