We are always being told that eating your boogers is a disgusting habit. That may very well be the case, it is also true that it is not all as bad as you may initially think.
Instead, if you are able to get past the horrible nature of what you are eating, it seems that science believes that it is actually good for you. It is all to do with the good, healthy bacteria that live happily in our boogers. Apparently, this bacteria is going to be able to help your immune system to stay nice and healthy and the same bacteria is also helpful when it comes to looking after your teeth.
So, if you feel that you need a real boost to your immune system, then the answer to it all might actually be less under your nose, but more inside of it.
